Create employment on 3 levels:
 

• A network of accredited coaches 

• Equipping schools & rural communities to foster skills, employability & opportunity creation for independence & sustainable growth

• Unlocking opportunities for young people to have awareness of and the support and resources to explore lucrative careers in the sports industry  on & off the field.

• Discovery, cultivation & promotion of talent, giving kids better education, prospects & healthier lifestyles, irrespective of age, gender, race or socio-economic background.

• Creation of and investment in quality, competitive, African sports teams, leagues & competitions.

• Sponsorship, media & merchandising deals including growth of sports tourism and related infrastructural development.

• Scholarships at schools willing to invest in promising athletes whose socio-economic  situation may otherwise see them excluded from school &/or deprived of access to training

• Deliver workshops & examine delivery of sports programmes conducted by all schools & colleges, to guarantee the quality of training at all levels  

• Share findings with state departments, governing bodies e.g. FIFA, investors, educational institutions, parents & students. 

• Advocate for change based on insights from programme execution
